Our Returns
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
If you need to make a return, we kindly ask you to follow the instructions below:
1. Contact us at lanuvolalab@gmail.com indicating the order number and the reason for your return, within 14 days of receiving your order. The items must be new, never worn, unwashed and unaltered, must have all labels still intact, and be packaged in the original packaging.
2. No refunds are given. If the item you choose to exchange is worth more than the item you are returning, we will send you a link to pay the difference. If you do not find the right item to exchange, a voucher will be issued in your name.
3. Package the item for shipping and ship to:

Please note that the cost of returning the item is at your expense, while the cost of sending the item to be replaced is at our expense.
We are not responsible for returns that may be lost in transit between the customer and the Store, we recommend that you ship the return with a traceable carrier and with insurance for your protection.
Returns will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving the returned item from the customer. We will not compensate the customer for the cost of return shipping.
CUSTOM LAB ORDERS
Our custom orders are all handcrafted according to the specifications agreed with the customer (measurements, fabrics and colours), therefore returns and exchanges are not permitted for these orders.
